Our amazing neighbors who's land adjoins ours has many animals you may enjoy watching including camels, elk, kangaroo, lemurs, and many others. It is just a few miles from Lake Hudson and Grand Lake. Our peaceful and secluded lake house at Skiatook Lake is situated on five acres, 10 miles west of Skiatook on highway 20. It overlooks the bridge just across from Blackdog Park boat ramp entrance. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living area. It sits on top of the hill with the best scenic view on the lake where you can see the lake north and east of the house. Guests can also walk to the lake from the house (about 300 yards away). The lake house is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, towels, and linens. It has an outdoor firepit and outdoor decks on the front and back of the house. With five acres, there's plenty of room to roam. We also have room to park a boat. The closest boat ramp is Black Dog, located just across highway 20 from our entrance. We are about one mile from Osage Park boat ramp.

The 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 people and has access to the 2nd full bath that has a full laundry area with washer/dryer. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 more people. There is also a single bed and extra mattress in the sun room for extra sleeping. The kitchen has a gas cook top and oven, and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, microwave and small appliances. There is Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD and VHS player with a full selection of movies for your enjoyment. We finally (and reluctantly) put in cable TV, but encourage you to GO OUTSIDE and play! There's also a few board games for some good family fun! The cabin is conveniently located approx 15 miles from the Mid-America Industrial Park and is the perfect solution for the long term rental needs of temporary employees working on special projects. (Contact owner for prices on extended stays.) There is an RV pad up by the cabin with gazebo for outdoor dining and relaxing, and an outdoor shower. This site only rents with the cabin for larger families that bring RVs for additional sleeping. The RV pads at the lake have full hook-ups with septic access. The picnic area at lake's edge is reserved for use by guests using RV pads, in conjunction with cabin rental These pads are exclusively reserved for friends and family of cabin guests who need expanded space, or for occasional use by our friends and family, so you'll always have the dock area to yourself.
